Kazumi Ohigashi and Kozo Tashima, who were recently appointed as vice-presidents of the JFA, have been named as vice-chairmen of Japan’s 2022 World Cup Bid Committee.

Last month, Ohigashi was named chairman of the J. League, while Tashima, who is also general secretary of the JFA, was appointed as a JFA vice-president.
Kenji Onitake, who retired from his posts of J. League chairman and JFA vice-president, has been named as an advisor to the Bid committee.
